Assistant Manager - CRM

Chumbak is one of India‚Äôs fastest growing design brands. Known and loved for its adorably well-designed products, Chumbak is in the process of strengthening its marketing team. We are looking for a full-time, Assistant Manager- CRM for our marketing team who will develop and implement a customer marketing strategy from the ground up. 
 
What we are looking for:
 

As the Assistant Manager- CRM, you will be responsible for maximizing the customer lifetime value. You will be at the core of our customer centric marketing department and play a crucial role in how Chumbak as company develops within CRM and marketing automation. 
To accomplish this, we expect you to work closely with the marketing, retail and online teams to identify opportunities, develop customer lifecycle programs and ensuring CRM plays a key role in our marketing strategy.

 

Key Responsibility areas: 

  • Target ownership of sales numbers from CRM channels, driven through an active, engaged customer base. 
  • Track & manage the customer lifetime value enrolled in the Chumbak loyalty program. 
  • Create and execute campaigns and programs to reduce lapsation, latency, increase ATV & ABS. 
  • Further develop and manage the full customer lifecycle through programs such as new buyer, birthday, etc. 
  • Continually seek to optimize the trigger-based program to ensure customer engagement and increased productivity. 
  • Analyze competitive marketplace and stay abreast of direct marketing industry trends. 
  • Aid both online and offline reams through qualitative and quantitative consumer research to create hypothesis and subsequent actions. 
  • Be the NPS Champion in the organization. Drive improvements through NPS by analyzing and presenting learnings which can be translated into projects leading to substantial improvements in customer experience. 
  • Manage the communication planning for SMS, Emailers and Social led customer campaigns. 
  • Create portfolio management for high value customers. 

 

Key skills: 

  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Expert proficiency in data management and insight management
  • Hands on experience on CRM channel operations
  • 2-5 years of CRM work experience
