Manager - AX Support & Implementation

About the Job

Chumbak is a retail company focussing on both Offline and Online retail channels. We are design-led lifestyle brand with over 50 stores across the country and growing rapidly.
Chumbak has implemented an ERP solution running Microsoft Dynamics AX, and is looking for experienced candidates to support all functional teams, the stores, and the supply chain in using the platform.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support an omni-channel Dynamics AX ERP, across all functions of the company
  • Implement and deploy additional AX modules and upgrades   
  • Be the functional and technical owner of both software and hardware aspects of our ERP implementation
  • Deploy and support AX POS installations across all stores of Chumbak
  • Build and deploy custom reports with SSRS
  • Oversee the administration of the company's infrastructure on premise, and in the cloud


Desired Experience and Skills

Education: Graduate
Years of Experience: 6-10 years

Should have:

  • Atleast One end-to-end ERP implementation and support experience
  • Dynamics AX setup and administration experience
  • Strong experience in implementation and support for retail POS, Finance and Supply Chain / Warehousing modules
  • Strong skills with MSSQL Server, SSRS, Azure
  • Strong skills with Windows and Windows server


Good to have:

•    Certification in AX
