Sr. Executive – Retail HR (North)

About the job

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Retail HR to implement HR practices and processes for our Retail channel in the North region.  You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
You will be responsible for all aspects of including recruitment, performance management, employee assessments, employment cycle changes, talent management, payroll & attendance, statutory & applicable labour laws & HR operations for retail.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall retail strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for retail, be responsible for meeting recruitment targets as per prescribed KPIs
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures, Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Help assess staff to identify training needs & monitor training programs as per the employee growth plan
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Report regularly to management and provide decision support through HR metrics


Desired Experience and Skills

Education: MBA in HR
Years of Experience: 1-3 years

Should have:

  • Proven working experience in retail HR with expertise in entire employee lifecycle especially in recruiting for front-end staff
  • Excellent experience in hiring top-notch front-end retail staff and managing the talent pipeline.
  • Should have experience in large scale recruitment.
  • Employee engagement, helping retail staff to realize and reach their potential, control attrition as per norms.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
